OriginalMineral Haircare Review

Good morning lovelies! Today I have an exciting new review for you on some fantastic OriginalMineral products that I have been enjoying over the past month. These products are not only Australian made but they also use the best quality Australian derived ingredients. They are completely natural and free from harsh chemicals such as sulfates and parabens.

I have been making an effort to use more natural products so discovering OriginalMineral (O&M) products came at a perfect time for me. I think that a lot of people don't realize the harmful chemicals that can be found in everyday products so it is important for us to educate ourselves about these things.

The first thing I noticed about these products when I first saw them was how cute the packaging was. I like that they look like little milk cartons and not only that but the design is so clever that you can tip them over and they will stand on the lid. This is awesome for people like me who like to get every last drop of product out of the bottle before throwing it away.

Secondly, they smell delicious! Scented products are a bit of a hit and miss with me usually but luckily these are a winner. They smell like a fudge and vanilla dessert, need I say anything more?! My favorite thing is the fact that the scent lingers in the hair for a while after washing.

As to the products themselves, well, the only natural products that I had previously tried were disappointing as they left my hair coarse and dry so I wasn't sure what to expect with O&M. To my surprise, these O&M products are absolutely amazing!

I love how the shampoo lathers slightly and leaves my hair super soft after washing. It also worked perfectly in making my scalp feel clean without causing any irritations to my eczema. The shampoo is the perfect consistency as it is not too thick or too runny.

The conditioner is fabulous as it works to deeply nourish and further restore hydration to my poor damaged locks. According to the packaging, it contains "Tasmanian Sea Kelp, vitamins A, B, C & E and 13 amino acids to strengthen hair and stimulate growth". You can definitely feel that these fancy ingredients are doing their job as soon as they come into contact with your hair because the hair is instantly softer and more manageable even whilst wet!

As to the Seven Day Miracle Moisture Masque - I can see why it has an award sticker on it! This little product packs a punch and really is a miracle worker. My hair feels as if I had stepped out of the salon when I use this product. For best results, I recommend you leave it on your hair for around 5 minutes whilst in the shower (I tend to clip it up to keep it out of my way) and use it approximately twice a week. I feel that using this product has helped improve the condition of my hair as it is not so coarse and damaged as it used to be before.

Overall, I have been really impressed with these O&M products and would highly recommend them because they contain the best natural ingredients without compromising on the results. My hair has not felt this healthy and soft in a long time and it is all thanks to these O&M products. I forgot to mention that they also contain UV protection so they are gentle on coloured hair like mine and protect it against fading.

Have you tried any O&M products? What did you think of them?
