It seems like every week I have unintentionally been purchasing a new nail polish and its mainly because I cannot resist a bargain. I picked up this week's nail polish the other day when my local Target had a sale for Australis cosmetics and a whole load of products were selling for $2.99.
The colour I purchased is called Aqua and it is a beautiful bright blue in a matte finish (and by matte I mean that it has no shimmer rather than the nail polish not having a shiny finish).
The picture shown below is with two coats of the polish and no top coat.
This is a great quality nail polish because it has a nice consistent formula. The brush is also easy to control and distributes just the right amount of product so there is no streaking. I have been wearing this polish for 4 days and so far there has been no sign of chipping. The only downside is that this polish needs at least two coats in order to look opaque . Even though in my picture I am wearing two coats, I noticed that a couple of my nails still had see through patches where another coat would be needed.
Overall, given that this nail polish only cost me $2.99, I think that it is great value for money and I would definitely purchase it again especially because I love the bright summery colour.

Aw wow! I'm so glad the formula was good! I have two australis nail polishes and both are too liquidy :( But that looks great!! I wish I saw this sale, I love the shade!
