When it comes to drugstore products, Maybelline have to be one of my favorites. Not only are they competitively priced but they are usually great quality too.
I tend to gravitate towards neutral colours so it is no wonder that this little Maybelline eye shadow set caught my eye! It contains four beautiful colours which can be used to create an array of looks for day and night.
I have been impressed with the quality of this product and like the fact that the highlight, pearl withe colour is larger than the rest. The eye shadows in this little palette are beautifully pigmented and easy to blend and work with.
They don't have the best lasting power and I find that they are not as vibrant after a long day at work, but given that they are pretty cheap, it doesn't bother me too much.
I prefer to apply my eye shadows with a brush so I have not used the applicator that comes in this palette. Although, I anticipate that it would be easy to travel with because it has pretty much everything you need in the one place - all that is missing is a mirror.
Overall, I think that this is a great little palette that won't break the budget.

Add CommentI love this only for the copper shade, it so pretty! I totally agree with you on the vibrancy on these after a long day or a late night out. I do use this for travel because there are so many options on each color.
